Paul Williams, Chairman and CFO

Paul graduated from Austin College in Sherman with a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. He also graduated from the Institute of Organization Management in Washington, DC.

 

Over the course of his 35-year career, Paul has established a reputation as a high-impact leader in corporate finance and business development; structuring deals primarily ranging from $1 million to $50 million transactions. His systematic, detail-oriented approach to executing business strategies is unparalleled by any in the industry and he has helped countless corporations achieve their strategic benchmarks.

 

Previously, Paul served five years on the Board of the Texas Economic Development Council in Austin. In 2007, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and currently still serves on their Board and Executive Committee. In 2009, Paul was awarded the CFO of the Year award for North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal. Paul serves as Chairman and/or CFO for over a dozen high-value, high-visibility organizations.

Kevin Stone, President and CTO

Kevin is President and CTO of Light Engine Design Corp. and the founder of

Dallas Lighting & Photonics, Inc., formerly known as CYM-Metric Consulting.

He is the designer and architect of the Company's polyhedral array and laser

phosphor technologies as well as Tall Trees' new modular horticultural

lighting system.  Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the lighting

industry, ranging from designer and specifier to product and subsystem

architecture inventor and designer for theatrical, military, cinematic,

concert, production, architectural/"architainment" and theme park lighting

systems, having worked with or for such industry pioneers as VariLite,

Syncrolite, Arri, and Rosco Laboratories. He is responsible for multiple

proprietary and patented color-filtration and beam-shaping technologies as

an inventor and product designer. Kevin is also recognized for his extensive

technical and design work on numerous concert tours, television shows and

live productions.
